As countries aim to transform their educational systems to prepare all young people with the knowledge and skills needed in this changing world, the roles and expectations for school leaders have changed radically. Technology will enable students to collaborate with peers worldwide, promoting cross-cultural exchanges and broadening perspectives, enhancing global citizenship.
In staying ahead of the EdTech curve, Education leadership is a priority in education systems across the world. Management needs to enhance the quality of school leadership and make it more attractive. All the four policy levers of leadership viz skills, responsibility, accountability, and distribution of leadership, taken together, will be the pivoting future. Managements of education system need to enhance the quality of school leadership and make it sustainable.
Fast-changing potential of digital tools like robotics, blockchain and artificial intelligence, and how they can be integrated and used to equitably boost teaching, learning and administrative performance. Continuous professional development is essential to equip educators with the skills needed for modern classrooms.
Accessibility will also be a key focus, ensuring that all learners, regardless of background or ability, have equal opportunities to thrive. The combination of traditional classroom methods with online resources will offer flexible learning environments, accommodating diverse needs and schedules. By embracing these innovations, education will not only empower students with knowledge but also prepare them to navigate an increasingly complex world.
Principal of PMS Bowenpally
Dear Parents and Students,
As Pallavi Model School, Bowenpally celebrates 31 glorious years, I feel deeply honoured to join this legacy as its new Principal. Though I have not been part of the school’s journey over the past three decades, I am privileged to now walk alongside you as we shape the exciting chapters of its future. This remarkable milestone stands as a testament to the vision of our founders, the dedication of our teachers, the trust of our parents, and the brilliance of our students.
In the words of Alvin Toffler, “The illiterate of the 21st century will not be those who cannot read and write, but those who cannot learn, unlearn, and relearn.” At Pallavi Model School, Bowenpally, we embrace this philosophy by equipping our students with essential 21st-century skills—Critical Thinking, Creativity, Communication, and Collaboration. These are not just tools for academic success, but the very foundation of lifelong learning.
We also believe, as Margaret Mead wisely said, “Children must be taught how to think, not what to think.” Our classrooms, therefore, go beyond traditional lessons; they become dynamic spaces for questioning, exploring, and creating—ensuring that every child grows with confidence, curiosity, and resilience.
As I embark on this new journey with you, I am committed to carrying forward the rich traditions of the past 31 years while embracing the innovation and adaptability that the future demands.
My vision is to create a happy school — a place where students come with excitement, learn with joy, and grow with confidence. A school free from fear, where every child feels safe, valued, and inspired to explore their full potential.
Together, let us continue to make Pallavi Model School, Bowenpally a place where dreams take root and futures are crafted with care.
